Report: Lakers Up Offer For Davis

The Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly upping their offer for New Orleans Pelicans All-Star forward Anthony Davis.

ESPN reports the Lakers are offering several young players, including Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma and Lonzo Ball, as well as draft picks and salary cap relief.

Lakers president Magic Johnson and New Orleans GM Dell Demps reportedly had multiple conversations on Monday, with LA hoping to strike a deal before Thursday's trade deadline.

Davis has asked to be dealt and prefers the Lakers. The Bucks and Clippers are among a list of new teams Davis would be willing to sign with long-term.
